gratitude-led lifestyle mentor by calling. Her work sits at the intersection of clinical science, integrative
lifestyle medicine, neuroscience-informed practices, and heart-centered inner work, guiding individuals
toward sustainable healing and conscious living.

She believes that true wellbeing is not created by fixing the body alone, but by restoring harmony between
mind, heart, intellect, and emotion.

Practicing spirituality and Art of Living since 23 years and is a faculty for the world renowned Happiness
Program
and also teaches Sahaj Samadhi Dhyan Yog and Deep Sleep & Anxiety Relief programs of the Art
of Living foundation.

Under the blessed presence of her spiritual master Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji and with guidance of her
spiritual mentor Rishi Nityapragya ji, Disha strives to live a life of fulfilment by contributing towards the
society and making lives a celebration.
